Encounter-specific Details, Actions and Tactics
On Vasa's first turn, he will use his first action to Stride into a better position for Teleport, or will use it on a basic Strike. He will use his remaining actions on Teleport.
On subsequent turns, he will attempt to position for and use Teleport if it is available. Otherwise he will try to recharge Teleport (by Striding/using Rumbling Charge towards the unshielded crystal, Siphoning from the unshielded crystal, etc), using actions on basic Strikes only if they can be used without slowing when the next Teleport is used. It would be uncommon for him to make more than 1 Strike per round due to Vasa's high priority on recharging and using Teleport, and considering the Multiple Attack Penalty.
Room Description/Flavor Text
As you enter this room, four gigantic crystalline outcroppings, glowing with a deep purple energy and shimmering with a protective aura, dot the room. Stone pillars from a bygone age interspersed between them, some stretching to the ceiling, some crumbling and in disrepair. Large deposits of rubble lie, scattered about the room. What would you like to do? (Track players on the map at this stage).
Once a player disturbs the central pile of rubble, or approaches within 10ft of it:
The pieces of rubble begin to assemble like a grand 3D jigsaw puzzle; forming into a series of enormous stone legs. The purple energy within the crystals *flares*, as above the stone legs, a skeleton buried in the rubble forms the body of some strange half-golem, becoming wreathed in the same purple energy. And it just stares at you with a burning intensity. Everyone roll initiative.
